Do I have to be home during the service?

No, although we would love to see you and chat with you, we are able to perform all of our exterior cleaning services without you being present at your home. If you plan to be away from home during the time of service please allow us to have access to all parts of your property that will be requiring cleaning.

How should I prepare for my upcoming service?

Please ensure that all of your doors and windows are completely shut. Please ensure that we have access to all parts of your property. Please ensure that we have access to a working water source (If on a well, please let us know prior to appointment). Please ensure that all of your pets and children are inside the home. Please let us know which garbage bin you would like us to dispose of all of the debris that is extracted from your gutters (gutter flushing service specific) If Applicable: We need all gate codes prior to our appointment or our company/tech’s name to be listed at the gate. Please make sure to secure all windows and/or doors to make sure they are sealed; we are not responsible for leaks. Please remove all items from any patios, decks, or the house that cannot get wet. Please move as many furniture items off the patio or decks as possible. We are happy to help move heavy items, but we are not responsible if anything happens while moving. Please move what you can prior to your appointment.

Is there a standard for quoting, or is it custom pricing?

Each quote you receive from LCS is custom. Square footage and the specific services required vary for each property, and the cost can fluctuate depending upon the size and difficulty of the project. It is also mentioning that oil, grease, paint, or mud stains are NOT included in the quote for washing UNLESS you specify. We must know prior to our pricing/appointment for these items to be removed. Also note that there is also no guarantee that these items will come off entirely due to the nature of the stains.
